The Double Dog Flock Day

So I had an unusual day today lol … but it was rather awesome ❤️

I had a woman come in to pay and get a few things from me … as I was doing that for her – we were just talking and she told me that she had some medical issues … I didn’t ask what was but I said “well yeah that can be tough – I had cancer”

And her eyes lit up …

She asked me shyly and carefully if I minded “what kind of cancer did I have?

I am not shy with it, so I said “breast cancer – I had ductal carcinoma, cancer of the milk ducts”

And she lit up again and then excitedly was like “me too!!”

I pulled my shirt over and you can see my deepest and worst scar … I don’t have to show my breast because it goes from the center of my chest, all the way to my underarm – but you can see it if I pull my shirt over…

And then she was like omg… and completely showed me hers … 😮😮😮 we have the EXACT SAME scar ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ my scar twin ❤️❤️

Mine is because they had done many surgeries prior to my mastectomy and they couldn’t stitch me back together without joining all the scars so my breast would not rip open ☹️

I showed mine to her and we both soooooo excited we have same ❤️

I have never seen another woman with the exact same scars as me ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏

And she hadn’t either lol – so we were all excited – funny how that’s exciting 🤷‍♀️ but it is ❤️

And it’s hilarious because so many doctors nurses and people see your breasts so it’s not like we embarrassed – you are desensitized – we speak so matter of factly ❤️

They are not my actual breasts anyway – hers either

We were laughing about nipples – cause neither one of us have any!! I don’t want any… what I need that for?? I don’t want them touching me again. I’m good – is just as beautiful and even more unique ❤️👏 so happy with as is ❤️

What they gonna do ? Place a stupid nipple in the middle of a gigantic scar – yeah no! That will look worse – I don’t want any! Keep your nipples – I don’t want then

** PLUS… according to the law in my area – IF I WANT TO… I can walk outside topless and NOT be arrested – I even verified with some police officers I know!!!

The way the law reads is that you CAN NOT show areola – but I don’t have that so I’m good lol 😄👏

Not that I would or anything – cause I do not like attention and I’m sure that would be on news or something – so no!! But I do like having the ability to do so when not many others are able to, and I also like that it skirts around the law 👏👏 ❤️ I like to have a rebel option 😄😄😄 ✌️ makes me feel all bad ass lol

But we were just thrilled to be twins 👯‍♂️

In regards to Doby – someone pooped in my house cause I was late coming home 😮🤨 so whatever – I cleaned it up – he KNEW was bad cause he was all guilty acting lol

I turned to him and he gives me these puppy dog eyes – like “remember how cute I am” 🥺😄😄

I said “did you poop in my house?!”

And he looks away 😄😄

He looks back at me and I asked again and he looked away again – like if he just doesn’t look at me, maybe I won’t know it was him? Lol

He can’t look me in the eyes lol 😄😄

Today at work – my manager overhead me with a family trying to just ease their mind and sincerely help…

After the call he came around the corner and said to me “you care, you care about people”

Is the most raw times – and it just takes a little kindness to relax someone and help them through that.

Anyway … then he learned about my girls 😄😄 and he said to me “Do YOU have a flock?”

Yes lol … I kind do ❤️🫶❤️

Even my girls playfully tease me that I collect widows lol

No – it’s just when they lose their husbands, some are all alone – I can’t let someone be like that – not with tears … so yeah … maybe I collect widows 😮
