So a coworker came in to run some reports and I had to run to the store because we needed supplies…
We keep snacks like water, sodas, juices, pretzels, chips, granola bars, crackers etc – for our families – to just add comfort – anything they need.
I needed to get water and soda, bathroom cleaner, stamps, Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer… ya …you already know how this is going to go, huh?
Got the water, soda, bathroom cleaner, stamps … and then… BOTH Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer – gone 🤨 those shelves completely empty and stripped
I went to 3 different stores and all of them are all out. 🤨 Thats annoying.
But that’s alright … I gave up and we just ordered online so whatever 🤨 I’m just complaining cause I had to shop all around for nothing. I hate shopping for myself – never-mind doing it for work.
That’s insane though!! When I asked each store’s employee they said those are flying off the shelf as soon as they get them in 🤨🙄 … ya know
Whatever – was just annoying. Just complaining – I was annoyed

It’s gone mad. Here it seems to be toilet paper, paracetamols and hand gel. Going shopping tomorrow to stockpile useful stuff like Top Trumps, footballs and Easter eggs….

I had to google some of your words to know what they were lol… “paracetamols” … ahhh Tylenol … that and the hand gel …I understand – but why toilet paper? Does this virus give you the runs? Ok yup just googled … ya know if we run out of toilet paper I’m gonna be really mad!! Pardon the pun – but what a shit show!!

I have been getting the Cadbury eggs!!! Those are one of my favorites with that ooey gooey middle that’s all sugar but looks like the inside of an egg ❤️ they are everywhere because of Easter!! ❤️

I do not understand the panic but hey, that’s me. I’ve seen pics of hand sanitizer being labeled “collectable” so the seller could charge $99 per container!!
There are “make it yourself” instructions online.

That’s terrible people are trying to make money off of other people’s panic. I suppose people will be people 😒… but that is terrible!
I saw that on CNN – the other morning I did have the news on for a moment… and they mentioned those “do-it-yourself” hand sanitizer… I guess one of them had Tito’s Vodka as an ingredient and Tito’s said their vodka is only 40% alcohol and CDC recommends higher, so is not safe?
I have not looked it up myself… I’m sure there are many different recipes
I, personally, have hand sanitizer at home… my 18 year old is a hand sanitizer user all the time 🙄😑 (I tell him don’t do that – but he’s 18 – so whatever) … so I have a couple pumps I always keep on hand… and then for Christmas someone gave me those really nice smelling ones from Bath and Body Works. I love those.
