  3. A coworker passed through both weekend fires along the 5. During the 2nd, it appears they preceeded the freeway being shut – were fully engulfed in black smoke, seeing only tail lights of the vehicle in front of the and FIRE, with no way out. Then, suddenly, pure sunshine. SUPER lucky!!

      1. The one in Hemet is increasibg much faster than Big Bear. Hopefully the monsoonal rain will really arrive and wet things enough to put out the fires and counter any lightening strikes.

      1. I think Primetine Midt is OTC again so I’ll look for that tomorrow.

        Tonight’s low will be “79 feels like 82”. Fri high is expected to be 98 with extreme humidity. Then 80s on Sat… till everything is “oh, our mistake… it will be a billionty degrees.:

        But we still hot after that – we be in 90’s for weekend – but I have never been more happy for 90’s!!
