Ohhh it’s Monday 🤨

So I am escaping for little while.

There is this one guy 🤨🤨… ok you know how I am sorta – I keep distance. Massive distance.

Also 🤨… I myself, am a teaser (but only with my own people or those I feel comfortable with) … not like this though, only funny things … I don’t do things that would bother people – I am very sensitive to that. Or try to be – and am always very respectful.

BUT HE is teasing me and I’m not really liking it. 🤨

There are just a few really personal things to me… and one is if you call me Patty 😮… he fricken calls me Patty 🤨

Ok ya know – I am not gonna respond then – I have to have contact with this person. Work related.

But past 2 times he call me Patty … only my family can do that. So I do not like that. It is bad enough that I allow family – no one else is allowed lol ✌️

It makes me feel weird every time he calls me Patty – and he says it over and over and over!! 🤨 and the more I cringe the more he does 🤨

What is it with boys?

But the Patty thing I am not liking one bit. That’s like sacred – you can not use that name for me … only family. Otherwise it’s totally sacred lol ✌️😘

Do you know how much I tried to get my family to stop calling me Patty 🤨… I was in maybe 6th grade when I went to Trisha… so about 11 yrs old.

I hated Patty because of what my last name was – my name is massively Irish …and I didn’t like any of the other nicknames

So I wanted Trisha and since there is a plethora of nicknames to chose from – I just chose what I wanted and that’s what I go by lol … I just dropped the PA. That’s the one good thing about Patricia – you have so many name variations you can pick 🙌😄

Well my family just could not wrap their head around it 🤨🙄 … they would say – you will always be our little Patty 🤨🙄❤️ my efforts were in vain because they never listened and continued calling me Patty without ever trying Trisha – they claim they could never remember 🤨🙄 whatever – I would always remind them and they never listened – childhood frustrations lol – kidding

But it did suck when people came over my house and family is calling me Patty 🤨… and then my friends would be like “what did they call you?” Lol 😮🤨… and I had to explain 🤨🙄

But no one else is allowed – that is special privilege only!! Only family!

So I’m not liking this teasing at all… it really bothers me a lot – to the point where I do not want to see him because I know he is going to call me Patty and I do not like that.

I’m not responding to that. 🤨 when he can figure that out then I will respond – that’s not my name

I just do not like it. It’s not cute.

Joking once or twice is fine – but don’t keep it going. I don’t like it.

And who he think he is? Trisha sounds nothing like Patty 🤨 That is not respectful –

Stepping into my personal realm 🤨 I do not like that

I have worked with him since I started – I do not see him often though… once in a blue moon. But I do have to deal with him for things.

I think he is teasing me to get a reaction – it is the wrong reaction … retreat! Retreat! Lol ✌️😘

And then today?? I don’t know ? I was very umm?? Clumsy? I dropped things constantly today! I was not together. I also tripped and bumped into things 😮 like I was just off

I also feel off

I am still kinda having panic – just a little … I think I can handle

And I also think it is best if I stay alone

I think is best for me to handle myself without any outside influence unless is sincere and worth it – not that he isn’t worth it?? I don’t know

But just for right now, I need time. I am already being lectured hard, by my friends because they think I should just let go and relax 🤨… I am relaxed and let go with peace – not crazy things ✌️

So I do not listen to them – they are always wrong anyway.

They told me “don’t move to country – don’t leave civilization” lol 🙄😄

I didn’t listen – I jumped 😮 I am not a jumper 😮 but I jumped 😮

They also tell me TO date – but again I do not listen … I have told them why I say no – they do not listen to me – so then, I also do not listen to them 😘✌️ see how that works – “mirrored”

Yes I am stubborn

They don’t understand so they can just do their own thing and I will do mine.

I do not trust the choices they make. That is them, it is not me.

So whatever.

I keep to self, work and do my own thing. I do not bother anyone.

Nice and peaceful

And right now I just have immense stress kinda so … I just like to keep it peaceful and avoid all things that could be bad in any way.

So please do not call me Patty – I don’t mind being teased, I do like that, it is fun and I like life to have fun… just not with Patty

I do not find that fun or funny at all. It is very personal to me.

And then also… I think I am best right now with none of that whole dating thing – I just think I am not ready. I think that if I feel this much panic with things – I just can’t. I am not ready for anything like that.

So whatever.

I am fine with the peace I have currently. Also I do think when it is meant to be you will know because you won’t feel fear or panic or caution? So whatever

Although that wind is INSANE! It is very strong 💪 … I am not very strong lol … so wind pushes me 🤨 that’s probably why I was all clumsy and off

The wind was pushing me all day and I am stressed and people be calling me Patty lol

Omg it’s Monday 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ ugh

Is a good day – I am just moaning over things 😘✌️ … but it is still Monday and moaning is allowed on Mondays lol ✌️

  2. You’ve told Dick not to call you that and he’s done it anyway? That’s not cool.

    As for dating, you’ll know when you’re ready. Maybe this guy needs to adapt so you can’t wait to date him. Or maybe it’s not meant to be. Or maybe…why should you justify yourself??

    1. Yes I did!! The very first time someone says it – I say No, not my name.

      However 🤨 I am playful person generally – so I think he is trying to maybe be playful? But he WAY he is doing is not the way!

      I will tell him again and refresh that

      Country boy does not mind that and we both really busy but there is just things I question. We so different! And I’m not sure we understand each other well?

      1. I’ve used so many “social” names that I no longer care what I’m called. But in Jr High I had all but one class with a super popular girl who’s 1st name was 1 letter different than mine & same last name. I haaaated being called by her name!!

        Many many years ago I was the only female at a gay party. I was doing something in another room when someone asked, “Where’s Wendy?” Followed by some else saying, “Wendy? She told me her name was…” through 6 or 7 different names. I had told everyone a different name! I was cracking up!!

  3. Hi Trisha! Hey, you need to have a talk with this guy and tell him to leave you alone, period. Okay, I’m stupid, you don’t need to listen to me. Anyway, if he was interested in you he wouldn’t be doing that, and I’m sure of that. And if you don’t want to date right now, that’s your business, not anyone else. Take it slow is the best way to go, anytime.

    1. Oh yes – I know this … I am a strong woman, I do not have a problem saying something which I will, if continues. If he says again, I will for sure say something – I just don’t see him all the time … he only comes once in blue moon to office.

      Regarding my girlfriends:
      Yes I know – I only do things “I” am ok with. I do not really listen otherwise. Lol

      2. Oh it’s like heaven here!! We in the 70s/80s ahhhh sunny with slight cooling breeze … wind chimes ❤️… birds … just beautiful earthly silence ❤️

        Yes 56 is too cold for me lol … what I have right now – is almost perfect – the wind kinda blows around all the pollen so that is a thing and my car is literally covered in pollen!!! The other day I washed the car and literally like an hour later it’s covered in pollen again 🤨

        So whatever – I will write “wash me” in the back window lol 😄✌️

        Oh yes extremely beautiful evening … currently there are crickets and frogs 🐸 being REALLY LOUD lol … but they are fine – it’s the coyotes I don’t like lol – they scream 😮 like banshees 😮🤨 in the middle of the night lol

        Currently the coyotes are not screaming but it is still early for them 🤨 give it time 🤨😄

      5. Get a hummingbird feeder, it’s lots of fun having the hummingbirds come around.😃 Watching their fantastic flying, beautiful colors, fights.😂😹 And if you’re patient, you can get them to eat honey off your fingers. However, if you have lots of bees around that can be a problem.🐝😬
        Oh, coyotes, we have those too, never used to but they are quite common now. Plus we have our wolves which are much bigger.🐺

      7. I have had wolves come up on my deck at night looking for food.😳 I have had them following me around too at night. They kind of make me nervous when they do that.😬🐺🐺
        Don’t try the honey idea then. Unless of course you like bees.🙄 But I wouldn’t recommend it.😬

        Up in Lake Tahoe the bears are comfortable like that sometimes 😮 bears are also scary 😮

        Hahaha… nope… no I do not like bees 🐝 😮 they LOVE me – I RUN from them

        I wear lotions and perfumes so that can be issue lol 🤨🙄

        Yep, our bears are like that too, I have had a lot of bears come up on my deck looking for food, even pushing on my door! One night I went out on the deck to chase a bear away because he broke my brand new bird feeder.😒 He was only 18 inches away from me!😲🐻
        I don’t like bees either, but I like to take pics of them so I often sit out among the flowers surrounded by bees trying to get a real nice pic.😁📷🐝
        Yes, perfume does attract bees, they think you’re a flower!😂🌺

      11. I enjoy doing strange things!😂 I used to work with the National Audubon Society and Canadian Wildlife Service doing bird studies all over.🙂🦆 Sometimes I had to look for owls, so I had to be out at night and I could never find anyone crazy enough to go with me!😕🦉🐺
        Speaking of bears, I had a bear on my deck this morning at 7am. I wrote about in my post this morning. Crazy.😳🐻
        I do try to be careful, but things happen.
        Oh my, you shouldn’t run around like that. Just stay calm and walk slow.
        I wanted to walk to the river today, but after having that bear visit this morning, now I’m a bit nervous. That’s a long lonely walk! Oh well.😬🐻
        Too beautiful to stay inside though.😁🌞😸

        I went out today for 5 minutes and was a tease – oh it was so painful to have to go back inside!!! I only got out for quick second for lunch. I didn’t want to go back in.

      13. I always carried my “persuader” with me.😒 It would help with animals or people. I only had to show it once though. 2 guys pulled over where I was parked and wanted to “borrow” my money.🤨 I brought out my “persuader” and they left.
        I carry other things too. I’ll leave it at that.😁
        Nope, you won’t get stung, stay calm, walk slow, that’s good advice really. Staying calm is the best thing.🤔🙄😂😹🐝🐝🐝
        Yep, I went to the river, sat down there for half an hour and came back.😀🚶‍♂️🌲🚶‍♂️🌳🚶‍♂️ It was beautiful. I had my bear spray with me though. Didn’t see any sign of bears.
        Oh that sounds so nice, I can tell.😃🌞 We are not that warm yet, it was 54 here yesterday, might be a bit warmer today, then it’s going to get cold again for a few days.🙄😀😺

        So… also… I love lotion and perfumes so my scent is attractant … but I love my scent – just bees do too!! 🤨

        What are your summer highs ? Mine would be highest 115. That is hard now – either too cold or too hot are bothersome – I need a place in the middle with no tornados 🌪 … fires 🔥 … earthquakes… volcanos 🌋 … massive blizzards … etc lol

        So anyway – I want to find “just right” …don’t know where that is yet

        Somewhere really safe and perfect 🙌❤️… in search of lol ✌️

I’m always ready for summer!🌞😎 Our summers are short,😕 June, July and August and July is generally the warmest month.🌞😁 But not warm like you get.😳 We used to get temps in the 90s each summer,🏖 but it has been getting colder the last few years,😮 now some years we barely get into the low 80s,😯 and down in the 50s or 60s at night.😕
        Most people here say it’s too hot if the temp hits 75!😂 Not me, not hot until it’s in the 90s.😎 Our hottest temp was 105 apparently, a long time back, don’t remember when, back in the 70s I think.🤔 I like looking up old weather records to see what it was like at different times. I know, I’m strange. But I live in northern Canada so it’s natural to be a bit strange!🤸‍♂️😂😹
        I would like to find such a perfect place too. Hawaii has always sounded nice,🌴🌴 but they do have volcanoes.🌋 We just have fires🔥 and cold winters.🥶
        Your gentle and fiery too, that must come from your Irish background.😀 I have Irish in my background too, my grandmother was Irish.🙂
        That’s okay, you don’t have to trust me on that one. Considering you wear perfume it’s probably better not to follow my advice.😄

      16. That’s ok – I am the same way as you are with weather… except my thing is not weather – it’s history so I like to look up the history of areas

        I would do day trips with kids to educational places (we have Sutters Fort – and gold rush things) – anywhere we went … I would print them a history print out and highlight special things lol

        But it would always help in school lol … I would take them places and then they would learn about it and I would say “ you’re welcome” lol

        I am obsessive with history of places we visit lol ✌️

        I have also thought about Hawaii – what stops me from wanting Hawaii is how expensive it is there 😮

        Yes actually the fiery does come from the Irish!! Lol

        Lol yeah the perfume makes them chase me 🤨🙄 hard!!

      17. Hey, that’s cool! 😃I love history as well and always like to look up the history of places I go visit.🤔 We had a gold rush here too, but it wasn’t so big or well known.😀 We have a lot of railroad history.🚂 I used to collect things from the railroad, telegraph, telephones.😀😸
        There are abandoned towns around here and I like to look up their history too.😄 I collect a lot of “old stuff” as well.🙄 My place is kind of full, though I am downsizing now a bit.😁
        Yes, Hawaii is expensive, even just to visit.🙄

      18. In Sacramento, we have a Railroad Museum because of the Union Pacific Railroad history … there is a Locomotive 🚂 coming out of the front of the building 😮 it’s sooo cool! Inside is even cooler!! Omg!

        Also there is railroad museum (smaller one) in Carson City Nevada – that one pretty cool too 😊❤️

        I love ghost towns or places with a story ❤️

        Sacramento has an entire underground city 😮 they give tours – I haven’t been yet.

        The city used to be lower – but in winter it was so rainy that the area would flood.

        My 19 year old used to love trains and would carry a little wooden Thomas with him everywhere – he even slept with it… he held it so much the paint had come off – it never left his little hand lol ❤️

        Eventually it did as he grew up. Now he is too cool for that lol 🙄😄

        I only collect magnets 🧲❤️ but only certain ones/kinds

        I do love old things though – I have this little grumpy old man that I help or chat with here and there – I used to help him TRY to organize …

        I would go over – organize a room and say ok … I will be back in 3 days… and when I would go back he would have more boxes – so was futile

        But some of the things he had were incredible!! He had a really old Wells Fargo Morse code machine 😮😮😮 fricken beautiful

        I would like gasp going through his boxes!!! 😮

        You would love the ghost towns here!!

      19. We have a small railroad museum here, and I stress small!😂 But they do have a lot of cool stuff. They have a locomotive outside and a caboose, plus a handcar. Lots of nice stuff inside but they don’t allow pictures inside which is too bad or I could do a post about it.🤔🙄
        This town is here because of the railroad, the Canadian Pacific Railroad.😄😸🚂
        Ghost towns are incredible! Even though most now are just another tourist attraction. But still nice to look around.😃
        Wow, and underground city!😲 Now that would be something to see. Although I might get claustrophobia being underground like that.😬
        Yes, I imagine that guy would have some nice things. I helped an older couple here with their stuff, they wanted to sell some things so I told them what things were worth, they could hardly believe it when I gave them some of the prices. They were even happier when all the stuff sold so fast!😁 But their stuff was in such good condition it sold fast even at high prices.😲😄
        Yep, I would love to see some of the ghost towns down there some day. I keep saying that but never do it!🙄😂😹
